The Key To Weight Loss

Hi all:

I found a great article at Snacks.Com about a study confirming what we pretty much already knew…that it’s not what you eat but how many calories you eat that puts on the weight. And the reverse is true as well…reduce your calories and lose weight. Check out the story here and enjoy!

Take care.

Dave.

It’s true that in most cases it’s not necessarily what you eat, but how much of it you eat. When you throw in other factors like diabetes or heart disease you have to start weeding through what types of foods you eat as well.

It just seems like everything that taste really good is bad for you… Why does it have to be this way???
