Too much weight loss per week?

I’ve created a plan where I eat 1,000 calories a day and run 17 total miles per day (I’m already a runner so my body can handle running great distances). I weigh 125 pounds and with the healthy, nutrient-rich foods that I eat, 1,000 calories is enough for me to not be hungry during the day. I figured out that at this rate I will lose 5 pounds per week. I know that people say that 2 pounds/week is the most you should aim for, but since I am not starving myself is what I am doing ok?

No. I think that is really really stupid.
