Weight loss after antidepressants?
After taking antidepressants for a year I gained so much weight. Do you know anything about the effectiveness of chromium picolinate and L-Carnitine to loose weight? Is it safe to combine those supplements with antidepressants?
If you are still taking the antidepressants do not even consider taking these sort of “supplements” to Help Weight Loss. Depending on what antidepressant you are on you could end up with problems. I have been there (also piled on loads of weight!) and I found the thing which really helped me shift the weight was the GI Diet, I used the version by Rick Gallop but there are other books out there. Its easy to use and very effective. In the last year I have lost over 80lbs. I still have a long way to go but I am confident I will get there.
